I endeavor to develop a relationship with my clients rather than merely complete a transaction.
I focus on drafting Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills/DNR orders, and Healthcare Directives. I also draft Pre & Post-nuptial agreements as well as separation and division of property memorandums. For small business owners, I can help with incorporation, LLC, or partnership formation, including beginning-to-end drafting of bylaws, articles of incorporation or organization, ownership certificates, and management counsel. I can also assist in drafting employment agreements and contracts.
